II. Rechten van gebruikers en betrokkenen
Met het oog op de hieronder nader beschreven gegevensverwerking hebben gebruikers en betrokkenen het recht
Bovendien is de aanbieder verplicht om alle ontvangers aan wie gegevens door de aanbieder zijn verstrekt, op de hoogte te stellen van elke correctie of verwijdering van gegevens of de beperking van de verwerking die plaatsvindt op basis van de artikelen 16, 17 lid 1, 18 AVG. Deze verplichting bestaat echter niet als deze melding niet mogelijk is of onevenredig veel moeite kost. Los daarvan heeft de gebruiker recht op informatie over deze ontvangers.
Volgens artikel 21 AVG hebben gebruikers en betrokkenen ook het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen de toekomstige verwerking van de gegevens die op hen betrekking hebben, op voorwaarde dat de gegevens door de aanbieder worden verwerkt in overeenstemming met artikel 6, lid 1, onder f) AVG . In het bijzonder is een bezwaar tegen gegevensverwerking met het oog op directe reclame toegestaan.
III. Informatie over gegevensverwerking
Uw gegevens die bij het gebruik van onze website worden verwerkt, worden verwijderd of geblokkeerd zodra het doel van de opslag niet langer van toepassing is, de verwijdering van de gegevens niet in strijd is met wettelijke bewaarplichten en er geen andere informatie over individuele verwerkingsmethoden wordt gegeven.
Servergegevens
Om technische redenen, met name om een veilige en stabiele website te garanderen, verzendt uw internetbrowser gegevens naar ons of naar onze webruimteprovider. Deze zogenaamde serverlogbestanden registreren het type en de versie van uw internetbrowser, het besturingssysteem, de website van waaruit u naar onze website bent overgestapt (referrer-URL), de website(s) van onze website die u bezoekt, de datum en het tijdstip van de respectievelijke toegang, evenals het IP-adres van de internetverbinding van waaruit onze website wordt gebruikt.
Deze gegevens die op deze manier worden verzameld, worden tijdelijk opgeslagen, maar niet samen met andere gegevens van u.
Deze opslag vindt plaats op de wettelijke basis van artikel 6, lid 1, onder f) AVG. Ons legitieme belang ligt in de verbetering, stabiliteit, functionaliteit en veiligheid van onze website.

Op onze website gebruiken we zogenaamde cookies. c) Mogelijkheid tot eliminatie

Uw gegevens worden verwijderd als uw verzoek definitief is beantwoord en de verwijdering niet in strijd is met wettelijke bewaarplichten, bijvoorbeeld in het geval van een volgende contractverwerking.
Online sollicitaties / publicatie van vacatures
Wij bieden je de mogelijkheid om via onze website bij ons te solliciteren. Bij deze digitale sollicitaties worden uw sollicitant- en sollicitatiegegevens elektronisch door ons verzameld en verwerkt om het sollicitatieproces af te handelen.
De rechtsgrond voor deze verwerking is 26, lid 1 zin 1 BDSG in combinatie met artikel 88 lid 1 AVG.
Als er na het sollicitatieproces een arbeidsovereenkomst tot stand komt, dan slaan wij de gegevens die je bij de sollicitatie hebt verstrekt op in je personeelsdossier ten behoeve van het gebruikelijke organisatorische en administratieve proces - uiteraard met inachtneming van de verdere wettelijke verplichtingen.
De rechtsgrondslag voor deze verwerking is ook 26, lid 1 zin 1 BDSG in combinatie met artikel 88 lid 1 AVG.
Als een aanvraag wordt afgewezen, verwijderen we automatisch de aan ons verzonden gegevens twee maanden na kennisgeving van de afwijzing. De verwijdering vindt echter niet plaats als de gegevens een langere opslag van maximaal vier maanden vereisen of tot het einde van een gerechtelijke procedure vanwege wettelijke bepalingen, bijvoorbeeld vanwege de bewijsplicht op grond van de AGG.
De rechtsgrondslag in dit geval is artikel 6, lid 1, punt f) AVG en artikel 24 lid 1 nr. 2 BDSG. Ons legitieme belang ligt in juridische verdediging en handhaving.
Als u er uitdrukkelijk mee instemt dat uw gegevens voor langere tijd worden bewaard, bijvoorbeeld voor opname in een database van sollicitanten of geïnteresseerden, worden de gegevens op basis van uw toestemming verder verwerkt. De rechtsgrondslag is dan artikel 6 (1) (a) AVG. Uiteraard kunt u uw toestemming overeenkomstig artikel 7 lid 3 AVG te allen tijde intrekken door deze voor de toekomst aan ons te verklaren.

We zijn online aanwezig op YouTube om ons bedrijf en onze diensten te presenteren en om te communiceren met klanten/geïnteresseerden. YouTube is een dienst die wordt aangeboden door Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ierland, een dochteronderneming van Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 VS.
In dit verband willen we erop wijzen dat het mogelijk is dat gebruikersgegevens buiten de Europese Unie, met name in de VS, worden verwerkt. Dit kan leiden tot verhoogde risico's voor de gebruiker, voor zover bijvoorbeeld latere toegang tot de gebruikersgegevens kan worden bemoeilijkt. Ons legitieme belang ligt in de analyse, communicatie en verkoop en reclame van onze producten en diensten.De wettelijke basis kan ook de toestemming van de gebruiker aan de platformexploitant zijn in overeenstemming met artikel 6, lid 1, onder a) AVG. De gebruiker kan zijn toestemming hiervoor te allen tijde intrekken in overeenstemming met artikel 7, lid 3 AVG door de platformbeheerder op de hoogte te stellen voor de toekomst. Wanneer u onze online aanwezigheid op het Facebook-platform bezoekt, kan Facebook Ireland Ltd. aangezien de exploitant van het platform in de EU gebruikersgegevens verwerkt (bijv. persoonlijke informatie, IP-adres, enz.). We adverteren ook met aanwezigheid op de onderstaande sociale netwerken op onze website. De integratie vindt plaats via een gekoppelde afbeelding van het betreffende netwerk. Door het gebruik van deze gekoppelde afbeelding wordt voorkomen dat bij het oproepen van een website met een sociale-mediatoepassing automatisch een verbinding tot stand wordt gebracht met de betreffende server van het sociale netwerk om een afbeelding van het betreffende netwerk zelf weer te geven. De gebruiker wordt alleen doorgestuurd naar de service van het betreffende sociale netwerk door op de bijbehorende afbeelding te klikken.
Nadat de gebruiker is doorgestuurd, wordt informatie over de gebruiker geregistreerd door het betreffende netwerk. Het kan niet worden uitgesloten dat de op deze manier verzamelde gegevens in de VS worden verwerkt.
Dit zijn in eerste instantie gegevens zoals het IP-adres, de datum, de tijd en de bezochte pagina. Als de gebruiker gedurende deze tijd is ingelogd op zijn gebruikersaccount van het betreffende netwerk, kan de netwerkexploitant, indien nodig, de verzamelde informatie van het specifieke bezoek van de gebruiker toewijzen aan het persoonlijke account van de gebruiker. Als de gebruiker via een "share"-knop op het betreffende netwerk communiceert, kan deze informatie in het persoonlijke gebruikersaccount van de gebruiker worden opgeslagen en, indien nodig, worden gepubliceerd. Als de gebruiker wil voorkomen dat de verzamelde informatie rechtstreeks wordt toegewezen aan zijn gebruikersaccount, moet hij uitloggen voordat hij op de afbeelding klikt. Het is ook mogelijk om het betreffende gebruikersaccount dienovereenkomstig te configureren.

We gebruiken Google Maps op onze website om onze locatie te tonen en een routebeschrijving te maken.
